Our place runs on LPG bottles. Does that change the options?
It works fine, but it costs more per litre of hot water than mains gas. On an LPG property it is worth having a heat pump quoted alongside the gas option.
How quickly can a rental be sorted?
Often the same day for common sizes if the request comes in early with the tank details. Say it is a tenanted property so access can be arranged directly.
What is the first thing to check when there is no hot water?
On electric, the switchboard. A tripped breaker or safety switch is the most common cause and costs nothing to reset. If it trips again straight away, leave it off and get it tested.
